Quilters of Gee’s Bend, Alabama created rustic beauty from fabric others would discard. This is inspired by their art, color and freedom. Machine pieced on Pfaff 2046 in Bay St Louis. Quilted with Pfaff Grand Quilter in Inspira frame, in Fredericton. Very little measuring, in Gee’s Bend tradition. Center triangles from Poolhouse. Inner border squares from Miss Ann’s destroyed shop. Outer border fabric donated by sister guilds. Backing is new fabric.
